Prakasam has over three decades of experience in Business Advisory and Management Consulting across a diversified group of industries and companies.  His range of experience includes advising CEO / leadership on business transformation, growth strategy, institution strengthening and people management. He had extensive experience in large scale consulting engagements for both Public and Private Sector as well as international funding organizations like DFID.

Post his stint with A.F. Ferguson & Co., (A member firm of Deloitte) as Director in Consulting Practice, Prakasam has been associated with medium and small enterprises / family businesses in steering through the business transformation at a leadership level and has been working across industries including emerging businesses.  He was part of leadership team for a large family business group based in Hyderabad and successfully led one of the revenue generating businesses of the group through a transformation phase.  Prakasam is also a career coach to executives across all levels in a wide range of industries.

Prakasam is a Post Graduate in Industrial Engineering and a Fellow Members of Institute of Management Consultants of India.
