Prof. Umeshwar Pandey, with about 50 years of professional experience in the area of HR consulting and Executive Education, has worked with most of the Public Sector organizations in India as well as Govt. Departments.  His range of experience includes Strategic HRM, Organization Restructuring, Manpower Assessment, Training and Development for leadership and mid-level managers.

He had a long stint with Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) , Hyderabad in various leadership roles and after his superannuation led Centre for Organization Development (COD) as a Director for well over a decade.  Apart from conducting various senior management programs, he also undertook many study tours for top management officials to foreign countries.

Prof. Pandey carried-out many repeat engagements for organizations in Oil and Gas Industry, Banking, Minerals and Metals, Chemical industries, Defence establishments etc., and was an invitee for many senior management programs.

Prof. Pandey is a Post Graduate in Sociology from Patna University.
